A companion app for an LED matrix panel that sits on a desk and shows you the things you would otherwise pick up your phone for.
The panel runs on a Raspberry Pi on your own network. The app finds it over Bonjour, pairs with it once, and talks to it directly — the weather, the calendar, what is on the way in the post, what is playing, the moon tonight.
Nowhere, mostly. There is no Pixi account and no Pixi server. The app talks to your panel across your local network, and that is the whole of it. The privacy policy says this at more length, and it is short.
