Pixi is a personal project offered as-is. These terms are short because the app does very little on your behalf.
You may use Pixi to control a panel you own or are permitted to use. Do not use it to interfere with a device that is not yours.
Pixi is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may contain defects, may stop working, and may lose data. Do not rely on it for anything where being wrong or late would matter — it is a desk ornament that happens to be useful, not a system of record.
The app can talk to services operated by other people, including Anthropic, shipping carriers, and any account you choose to connect. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy policies, and we have no control over what they do, what they charge, or whether they keep working. Any costs you incur with them — an Anthropic API key is the obvious one — are yours.
The panel is a device you own and maintain. What it displays, and what data you put on it, is up to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Pixi.
These terms may change. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
